I found the bed uncomfortable, and the pillows were too hard. My room was noisy because staff worked outside emptying bins. They moved outside furniture until late at night (around 10:30/11:00 pm).

the location is prime, near an underground station (this made getting around easy). i found the free breakfast simple but satisfactory. the bathroom had modern fixtures, including reliable hot water, which i greatly appreciated.
I noticed some unidentified vibrations coming from the roof. This happened intermittently.

i liked its area close to the tube station, super tidy. the room was a good size and quite comfortable. the staff are friendly and accommodating, which are always a plus.
the garden room was quite small and lack a wardrobe. i heard loud building noise early saturday morning. the noise included banging and drilling directly behind my room.

I found the staff amazingly friendly. The room included a full-size bathroom with a separate shower, a rare find. A Smeg fridge was also a great touch to the room. The hotel had a cute garden area with a great atmosphere.
The room faced the street, and I noticed some external noise.
